The Tennessee Electric Cooperative Association’s 72nd annual meeting will be held Sunday, Nov. 24, through Tuesday, Nov. 26, at the Airport Marriott in Nashville. Registration is $425 for trustees, managers, attorneys and employees. This fee includes admission to:
- all general sessions
- annual banquet and entertainment
- spouses’ brunch
- group luncheon
- ACRE breakfast — proceeds benefit Tennessee ACRE PAC

Group Meals
Monday morning is the spouses’ brunch. The group luncheon on Monday is for directors, managers, attorneys, staff and others who do not attend the brunch. The ACRE breakfast is on Tuesday morning.
Event Registration
We need advance reservations for all food functions to ensure adequate space and food. When you send in your registration form, be sure to indicate how many will attend each function. Please return the attached registration form and fees by Monday, Nov. 4. Refunds will be given on cancellations made by Thursday, Nov. 14.
Hotel Reservations
The deadline for room reservations is Monday, Nov. 4. Room rates are $108 per night. One night’s advance deposit must accompany each reservation. Please make all reservations directly with the Nashville Airport Marriott at 800-770-0555.
