Engineering and Operations Conference

July 10, 2014 - July 11, 2014

As the power distribution industry becomes more and more complex, our cooperatives face growing demands for lower rates, expanded services and an uninterrupted power supply.

The 2014 TECA Engineering and Operations Conference is an opportunity to learn from experts and peers alike and gain valuable insight on many of the issues facing our cooperatives.

Topics of discussion include

  • TVA generation and the “Winter Vortex”
  • Pre-Pay billing
  • Impacts of distributed generation
  • Vegetation management and helicopter trimming
  • TDOT and TEMA issues
